I woke up last Saturday morning with the sunshine radiating throughout the house and racked my brains for an idea to make the most of this lush weather as let's face it, it will probably be gone by next week. So, I decided on a cycle ride down to the beach and ended up in Sandbanks! It was such an unplanned and random trip which helped make it worthwhile as I started off at Bournemouth Pier and then continued my ride to pretty much Harry Rednapp's house. The moral to this story is... sometimes when life gets tough... with work/family/friend/dieting/exercise problems the best way to clear your head is to get out and experience your surroundings. Feeling the fresh breeze whirl through my hair, the sun beating down on my back and the smell of the salty sea tickling my taste buds, believe it or not, was a blessing. I honestly believe that, for me, the beach is the best place to do exercise whether it's Summer or Winter it's beauty motivates and inspires me to to do better and start afresh :)
So my diet tip for this week is to go on an adventure and check out your local and natural settings! This should impulse you to exercise, give you the strength you need and motivate you into becoming the new and improved you. LauraKM
